The project in the picturesque old town of Lucerne was developed within the framework of an architectural competition. We were responsible for the acquisition, the competition program, the project development, the construction management and the subsequent leasing of the property on Kapellgasse. The result is a modern commercial building that forms an exciting contrast to the partly historic buildings around the Kapellplatz with the Peterskapelle.

We developed a new shopping center at the established retail location in the Grüze business park in Winterthur, with a wide range of stores and well-known specialist markets. As part of the project, we were responsible for the acquisition, project development, partial demolition and new construction, as well as the conversion of an old printing plant into a shopping center. The contemporary architecture of the new center with its modern sales areas enhances the attractiveness of the location for customers and thus for the entire microlocation.

As part of the project on Rue de Bourg for the development and expansion of a small-scale retail space, the property from the Wilhelminian period was transformed into a very well-structured retail store by building over the entire backyard. We were responsible for the purchase, the conception, the planning as well as the complete renovation and extension of the property. Furthermore, we took over the leasing as well as the subsequent sale of the new commercial building.

In the prestigious Rue du Rhône in Geneva, we implemented the total energy renovation of the property for retail and office use. We were responsible for the acquisition, project development, construction management and subsequent leasing of the property. In order to obtain Minergie certification, the entire building services and the facade were replaced, new security windows were installed and the property was connected to the district heating network (Genie Lac Genève). It is the first Minergie-certified house on the Rue du Rhône.Construction time 11 months
