Project Overview
In Winterthur's established retail location, Grüze commercial park, we developed a new shopping center with a diverse range of stores and well-known retail brands. Our responsibilities encompassed acquisition, project development, partial demolition and new construction, as well as the conversion of an old printing plant into a shopping center. The contemporary architecture of the new center with its modern sales areas enhances the attractiveness of the location for customers and thus for the entire micro-location.
The project was completed in just 14 months with an investment volume of CHF 34 million, and was completed in 2019.
