Project Overview
On the prestigious Rue du Rhône in Genève, we successfully completed the refurbishment of a retail and office property. Our responsibilities included acquisition, project development, construction management, and leasing. Our efforts resulted in Minergie certification for the building, which required us to renew the entire building systems and facade, install security windows, and connect the property to the district heating network (Genie Lac Genève). This building is the first on Rue du Rhône to receive a Minergie certification.
The project was completed in just 11 months with an investment volume of CHF 100 million, and was completed in 2021
